The Masonic Press Agency announced yesterday that in France appeared a new Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite Supreme Council leaded by Most Powerful and Illustrious Jacques Prats, former member of the Supreme Council for France: "Following the Masonic effervescence within the Hexagon, the National Supreme Council of France was founded this year. The birth of the SCNdF is due to the wish of GLNF Brethren who wanted to continue their works in the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite. Jacques Prats was elected Sovereign Grand Commander."
