Freemasons donate £100,000 towards the Blind Veterans UK Llandudno Centre’s New Life Skills Centre

Blind Veterans UK Llandudno Centre recently opened a Life Skills Centre (only one of three in the UK) and The Patron, Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex GCVO was in attendance to officially open the new facility. The Centre provides support in the form of recreation, training and rehabilitation to ex Service men and women living with significant sight loss, and also provides support to their families.
Notably, The  on behalf of the Province of North  donated the sum of £100,000 towards the project. W.Bro. John Hoult PSGD, AsstProvGM represented the Province at the opening on the 28th February.
Sarah Leonard, Trusts and Special Projects Manager, commented “Thank you again for all  have done and continue to do for Blind Veterans UK, and for our Life Skills Project in particular, we really do appreciate your generosity and time”
