The event was attended by representatives and Grand Masters of the Grand Lodges of Italy, Romania, Norway, Turkey, France, Serbia, Luxembourg, Germany, Portugal, Estonia, Andorra, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Slovakia, Monaco and Albania.
