Tudor Lodge held a
evening at the on 22nd February when a near capacity audience enjoyed a concert by the Dalesmen Male Voice Choir, who had given their services free for the evening.
The concert had been arranged by the
of Tudor Lodge, also the General Secretary of the Dalesmen in order to raise funds for the local Charity Children First .
The concert was well received by the audience and followed by an excellent buffet provided by the catering staff of the Grange allowing a time to meet and enjoy the company of like-minded people and performers.
The evening raised a total of £871.50 supplemented by the Grange Banqueting to a total of £1000.00 and later raised to £1500.00 by the
Grand Charity.
Today was the culmination of the
when representatives from Tudor Lodge, Worshipful Master, Ken Levasseur and Worshipful , John Auger Lodge secretary, the Grange Committee represented by Worshipful , Eddie Baldwin and the Dalesmen represented by The Chairman, Terry Chell and President, Gordon Bright joined to present the Cheque to Danny Smith, Chief Executive and Wendy Hall, Chair of Trustees of Children First Derby.
